SEGRO has announced a change of auditor to PricewaterhouseCoopers following a tender process.
Deloitte had been auditor to the firm and is currently conducting the 2015 audit.
The company announced the change in a statement to the London Stock Exchange.
It stated that there were “no matters in connection with Deloitte’ss prospective resignation as auditor following the 2015 audit”.
