SEGRO has hired Dan Holford as a director for technical development, as the business brings forward its development plans in the Thames Valley.
Holford joins the company from construction consultancy Feasibility, where he worked for 14 years.
SEGRO said Holford will play a key role in leading the team responsible for development projects across its Thames Valley portfolio.
He will report to James Craddock, managing director for the Thames Valley as well as the data centres division.
Craddock said Holford’s experience and technical knowledge would “be extremely valuable as we bring forward our ambitious development plans in Thames Valley, including the next phase of evolution at Slough Trading Estate”.
