SEGRO confirms 300,000 sq ft Slough office campus letting

SEGRO has confirmed the completion of a 300,000 sq ft office campus letting to mobile phone giant 02 at its Slough Trading Estate in Slough, Berkshire. The agreement, confirmed on the stock market this afternoon, includes a new 110,000 sq ft building at 264 Bath Road, the largest prelet completed in the Thames Valley area this year. The four-storey building will be linked to its existing premises on Bath Road to form a single campus environment. It will be taken on a 15-year lease. O2 has extended its lease on its existing premises for a further 15 years and Slough Trading Estate will become responsible for O2’s town centre premises at 1 Brunel Way.
