SEGRO has fully let the UK’s only multi-storey warehouse, X2 at Hatton Cross near Heathrow.
Crane Worldwide UK will move into the last available unit at the 200,000 sq ft double-decker logistics scheme, taking a 33,917 sq ft upper-deck space on a ten-year lease and paying around £13 per sq ft.
The letting was for the last of eight available units.
Other tenants include Aerospace Solutions, which occupies the lower deck, and Freightnet Handling and Westgate Handling Services, which join Crane on the upper deck.
The shed has full lorry access and loading facilities on both levels.
