SEGRO fills space at Trafford Park

  SEGRO has let over 100,000 sq ft of space in seven deals at its Trafford Park industrial estate in Manchester since it acquired the holding during its takeover of Brixton Estates last summer.   Three units have been let at the new build Premier Park development, including 25,000 sq ft to medical technology firm KCI Medical and 9,000 sq ft to vending operator Selecta.   Hazel Lambert, leasing executive at SEGRO, said: “This early success is indicative of SEGRO’s pragmatic approach to letting, quoting realistic rents for the outstanding quality of space, security and amenity SEGRO is offering.”   P3 and King Sturge are retained agents on Trafford Park.   daniel.cunningham@estatesgazette.com
