SEGRO has sold IQ business park in Farnborough for £90.1m – the first of six large non-strategic assets it is selling.
The industrial developer sold the Hampshire asset in two parts: Harbert Management and XLB Property bought the existing buildings and 18 acres of development land for £79.7m. Two future owner-occupiers paid £10.4m for a further 11 acres of development land.
