SEGRO has put its 1.6m sq ft IQ Farnborough business park in Hampshire up for sale.
The industrial REIT is seeking in excess of £100m for the park.
Earlier this year, SEGRO got consent to add more than 2,5,000 sq ft of office space to the 125-acre park.
A spokesman for the REIT said: “SEGRO has an ongoing strategy of recycling capital with £89m of disposals completed to date in 2011. We do not comment on specific assets.”
SEGRO has attempted to dispose of the park before. In 2008 it was close to selling IQ Farnborough to Goodman, but the talks collapsed after bids failed to reach the £160m asking price.
