SEGRO has launched an HQ building at its Slough Trading Estate in Berkshire.
The 130,000 sq ft development at 234 Bath Road forms part of the industrial REIT‘s Vision for the Future masterplan for the estate.
The building will be targeted at multinational corporates. The site is currently occupied by SEGRO, which will move elsewhere on the estate to enable the development.
The group has consent to develop more than 1.6m sq ft of office and leisure space in the area.
