SEGRO Wapping shed gets green light
SEGRO has got the go ahead for a new 95,000 sq ft urban logistics facility in Wapping, E1.
SEGRO Park Wapping comprises seven units ranging in size from 10,000 to 18,000 sq ft, spread over two terraces.
The development will target EPC A+ and BREEAM Excellent rating and will feature photovoltaic panels on the roof to generate renewable energy for occupiers.

Work on the speculative scheme is expected to start shortly.
