The first phase of SEGRO’s speculative development on the Slough Trading Estate has been fully let.
The REIT said that 71,000 sq ft in its Buckingham Avenue development had now been taken up, with Clean Linen Services signing for 42,346 sq ft.
Clean Linen Services will join Pantos Logistics – Korea’s largest logistics company – and PWS Distributors at the Buckingham Avenue development.
The second phase of the scheme, a single detached unit of 35,000 sq ft, is due to commence this summer.
