A further $300m has been returned to Malaysia after prosecutors seized properties bought by Low Taek Jho.
The slew of properties in New York, Los Angeles and Mayfair, and the luxurious Viceroy L’Ermitage hotel in Beverly Hills, had been bought using cash looted from Malaysia’s sovereign wealth fund, 1MDB.
Low agreed to return almost $1bn in October.
