Exel will build a 14,864 sq m (160,000 sq ft) national distribution centre for Selfridges at Solihull, in the West Midlands.
It will replace the store groups existing warehouse in Paddington, west London.
The new depot forms part of a deal whereby Selfridges will outsource its central warehousing under a five-year contract with the transport and logistics group.
