Selfridges plans to open a store in Glasgow in 2007.
It is also looking for suitable sites in Bristol, Leeds and Newcastle.
It is currently focusing on opening a new store in Birmingham and completing plans to redevelop the space behind its Oxford Street site, in the West End of London.
