Westdeutsche ImmobilienBank, the property arm of WestLB, lost two senior staff this week.
James Spencer-Jones, a director in Marketing/Business Origination, has been poached by N M Rothschild in order to beef up its Real Estate team headed by Andrew Radkiewicz.
Spencer-Jones said the move gave him the opportunity to join a business with significant expansion plans.
Giuseppe Fiordelisi, director in charge of Westimmo’s credit functions, resigned to join the property investment group Amann in Switzerland.
