Senior retail adviser Marcus Wren is the latest high-ranking Nama official to quit the bad bank.
Wren was responsible for Nama’s overall retail asset management and disposal strategy, a role that included assembling the €170m (£133.8m) Project Acorn, a three-strong retail portfolio bought by Varde Partners in August.
Wren had worked at Nama since 2011. Before joining the agency, he had held positions at Bannon and Gunne Property Consultants (now CBRE).
More than 10% of Nama’s 370 staff have quit so far this year.
