US flexible workspace provider Serendipity Labs has announced plans to expand to 20 new locations in the UK.
It has appointed JLL to secure the management agreements with building owners over the next two years.
The plans follow an initial launch last year in partnership with Newable to open and operate 25 locations in the UK.
Chief executive and chairman John Arenas said: “By teaming up with NewFlex and now JLL here in the UK, we will be able to bring our upscale, enterprise class co-working brand to the UK while simultaneously addressing the needs of asset owners with a trusted, four-star flexible workspace experience.”
Serendipity Labs was founded in 2011 and has 37 locations in the US.
