Watkin Jones has confirmed Sarah Sergeant as chief financial officer.
Sergeant joined the board on 6 October as CFO designate, after Phil Byrom announced his retirement.
Chief executive Richard Simpson said: “On behalf of the board I would like to thank Phil for his hard work and wise counsel as CFO of the business for almost 20 years. Phil has been an invaluable member of the team and we wish him well in his retirement.”
