Serviced offices operator takes 1-3 Long Acre in London’s Covent Garden

Serviced office provider HQ has signed up for Natwest Group’s newly completed office redevelopment at 1-3 Long Acre, Covent Garden, London WC2.

HQ has signed a 15-year lease at £376.75 per sq m (£35 per sq ft) for the entire 1,375 sq m (14,800 sq ft) scheme, which has been built behind a retained 1930s facade.

The retail unit at ground floor level has been let to an American-style bar operator. It had previously been rumoured to be under offer to bookstore chain Dillons.
