Seton Scholl Healthcare has moved its head office to new premises in Knutsford, Cheshire.
It has closed distribution centres in Northampton and Leeds and shut two factories over the past six months.
It reported a £9.9m half-year loss after costs of £39.5m relating to its recent merger – a £691m tie-up between Seton and Scholl.
