Seven Capital clocks Rugby mall

Clock-Towers-RugbyBirmingham-based Seven Capital is under offer to buy the Clock Towers shopping centre in Rugby, Warwickshire, for 27.4m – an 8% yield.

CBRE Global Investors instructed Knight Frank and Time Retail Partners to market the shopping centre in March.

The Clock Towers totals 220,000 sq ft across 60 shops and CBRE GI was recently granted planning consent for a 54,000 sq ft retail, leisure and office extension.

This is the first shopping centre investment instruction for Time Retail Partners, the venture started by former Knight Frank head of retail investment Bruce Nutman.
