Helical Bar, asset manager of 200 Aldersgate, EC1, has secured seven tenants for 370,000 sq ft of offices at the building.
Patent attorney Venner Shipley has agreed to take 17,000 sq ft on the 8th floor, Maples and Calder will occupy 10,600 sq ft on the 11th floor, Dexia Management Services has agreed to occupy 6,600 sq ft on the 13th floor, Oxera has taken 8,500 sq ft on 14th and 17th floors, recruitment specialist Talent will occupy up to 5,000 sq ft on the 7th floor, Asset International has agreed to take 4,000 sq ft on the upper ground floor and i2 Office has taken 14,000 sq ft on the first floor for a serviced office facility.
Rental levels achieved on the upper floors range from £48-£55 per sq ft, while large lower floors of up to 44,000 sq ft each are still available at a quoting rent of £45 per sq ft.
