Capital & Regional has agreed terms with seven brands at The Mall, Wood Green, N22, and The Mall, Walthamstow, E17.
Pret A Manger has opened its first store in Wood Green at The Mall, agreeing to occupy a 3,000 sq ft unit on 15-year lease, and accessories brand Accessorize has opened a 1,200 sq ft unit on a 10-year lease.
Footlocker has agreed to relocate from its high street store to a 3,000 sq ft unit. The deals follow lettings by Choice, Warren James, and Deichmann, which all opened new stores in the summer.
Electronics and gaming trade store Baseo and milkshake bar Shakeaway will also both be opening in the next six weeks.
In addition, Capital & Regional has agreed a new deal with Holland & Barratt, which will be relocating from its current store and upsizing to a 3,500 sq ft shop at The Mall, Walthamstow.
Beauty specialist Muskaan Brow Bar has also moved into a new 1,200 sq ft unit and art material retailer The Works, has opened a 1,800 sq ft shop.

Both The Mall Wood Green and The Mall Walthamstow are in the heart of the local communities, close to major transport links, which makes them attractive locations.”
