The second Severn Bridge linking England and Wales – and the roads which lead onto it – have opened up a new area for commercial development.
ICI has already begun work on a 2,471ha(1,000 acre) site which could include housing, hotels, a science park and manufacturing and distribution facilities which would be sold on to other companies.
