Porn publisher and part owner of Birmingham Football Club David Sullivan is selling a central London mixed-use development opportunity.
Situated on the corner of Brewer Street and Greens Court in the heart of Soho, W1, the site is being sold by Sullivan’s property company, Conegate, which specialises in the area.
The tycoon is understood to be looking for around £10m for the site, which comprises 557m2 (6,000 sq ft) of retail across three units and 14 one-, two- and three-bedroom maisonnettes.
Securing a buyer for the scheme would complete an impressive hat-trick for Conegate, which sold a 743m2 (8,000 sq ft) block in Greek Street, W1 to A3 operator Fabric for more than £3m.
Conegate has also just completed lettings of 15 and 19 Brewer Street to Homme, the Bread Shop, and Budgens respectively at zone A rents of £1,507 per m2 (£140 per sq ft).
Jonathan Green of White Druce & Brown, which has advised Conegate throughout, said: “The first two deals bode well for the development opportunity. It is in an area with unprecedented demand, which will see significant further improvement.”
