Shaftesbury has brought an anchor store in the heart of Carnaby Street, W1, to the market.
The West End REIT is offering the 9,000 sq ft shop, which comprises basement, ground and first floors, as part of a new development at the north end of the street. It is close to retailers including Diesel, Pepe Jeans London, The Kooples, Ben Sherman and G-Star Raw.
