A director with close ties to Neil Woodford is to leave the board of Woodford Patient Capital Trust.
Steve Harris — chief executive of Circassia Pharmaceuticals, which counts Mr Woodford, 59, as its second-biggest shareholder — is to step down as a non-executive director of the trust at the end of the month.
Jane Tufnell, who co-founded Ruffer Investment Management, has joined the board as an independent non-executive with immediate effect.
