A Shanghai-London developer partnership is to revamp a seven-storey office block in Victoria, after planners gave the project the go-ahead.
Shanghai-based CIFI and Britain’s Arbrook Land are to refurbish 19 Dacre Street, which CIFI bought last year for £15.8m.
The Darling Associates-designed job will provide 20,000 sq ft of revamped office space, a roof terrace and two new retail units of 4,250 sq ft, to be completed in spring 2023.
It is targeting BREEAM Excellent and an EPC A rating. It is CIFI’s first project in the UK.
RED Construction London has been appointed as main contractor. Savills and Knight Frank have been appointed as leasing agents.
