Damien Sharkey will return to London developer HUB as managing director.
He will succeed Steve Sanham, who will leave the company in September to launch his own development firm.
Sharkey left HUB in March 2019 after nearly five years at the company to launch his own development company Circle. He was previously development director and was involved in all stages, from acquisition through to delivery and completion.
HUB chief executive Robert Sloss said: “Damien has an unrivaled understanding of HUB and he has the vision, energy and leadership skills to build on our success so far and drive us further forward.
Sharkey said: “I believe in the HUB ethos and values and I am confident we will continue to strengthen and build upon these in the future.”
