Sharp Electronics has sublet 38,350 sq ft from Motorola at Stockley Park in Heathrow for its UK headquarters.
A further 60,000 sq ft of lettings to Gilead, Rackspace and Activision and a 70,000 sq ft letting to BP are expected to be completed at the park soon.
