Conder Developments is awaiting consent to speculatively build a 13,935 sq m (150,000 sq ft) warehouse and distribution building at Dove Valley Park, in Foston, south Derbyshire.
If successful, the scheme will be available on a flexible lease and should be ready for occupation later this year. Fuller Peiser’s Cameron Mitchell, commented: “The number of enquiries for new warehouse and distribution space of this size has convinced us that this is the right move. We have already seen strong interest from third party distributors.”
Dove Valley is situated on the A50, M1, M6 trunk road. Existing tenants include Hays, which has taken 32,515 sq m (350,000 sq ft) for a distribution warehouse.
