Logistics developer db symmetry has acquired a 96-acre site at The Hub in Swindon.
The joint venture between Barwood Developments and Delancey has taken the site between the A420 Oxford Road and the A419 Stratton St Margaret bypass, four miles from the M4.
The company expects to develop a single 1m sq ft warehouse on the site.
The site has already received planning permission from Swindon council for the warehouse and infrastructure.
