Sheen Lane Developments has received planning approval to develop a mixed-use scheme providing 252-homes on Edgware Road.
Sheen Lane’s proposal involve developing a three-block mixed-use scheme with buildings of between three to 20 storeys. As well as 252 residential units, it will also have 18,000 sq ft of retail space and 2,300 sq ft of light industrial space.
The project – called Symal Court – will replace Symal House, NW9, an existing locally listed office building on the site, and 421 Edgware Road, NW9, a petrol filling station with an attached two-storey tyre, exhaust and brake centre.
The homes will be a mix of one- to three-bedroom, of which 52 will be provided at London Affordable Rent.
