Singer Ed Sheeran is to appeal to the government’s planning inspectorate after his local council refused him permission to build a cartlodge at his Suffolk home.
The cartlodge would have parking bays for four vehicles and a storeroom on the first floor.
Council officials said the structure would have an adverse impact on the character and appearance of the countryside.
