Shell has briefed Jones Lang LaSalle to market its former 1,656-acre chemicals works site in Carrington, Greater Manchester.
The Anglo-Dutch oil group said the site could provide more than 1,500 homes and 185 acres of employment space. Carrington is a key development site in Trafford council’s local plan.
