Shell Pension Fund sells industrial estate in Harlow for £10.35m

Shell Pension Fund has sold an industrial estate in Harlow, Essex, to overseas clients of Christopher A Holder for £10.35m. The sale price reflects an 8.9% initial yield.

Main tenants at Mead Industrial Estate include BT, Flexible Lamps and Pitney Bowes. Three of the 28 units are vacant and outline planning consents exist for further development.

Lambert Smith Hampton and Lazard Brothers & Co acted for the purchaser. Hillier Parker advised Shell.
