Shoosmiths lets Reading offices to Spire Healthcare
Shoosmiths has let its former headquarters in Reading town centre to Spire Healthcare.
The law firm has assigned its lease on the 15,594 sq ft Regents Gate in Crown Street.
The current rent passing, which expires in October 2015, is £310,000 exclusive, equating to £19.88 per sq ft.
Carol Light, Shoosmiths firmwide facilities manager, said: “We made the bold decision to invest in a move to Apex Plaza to accommodate our growing teams.
“We are delighted to assist Spire Healthcare’s development with its move to our former premises at Regents Gate.”
