Mapeley, Land Securities Trillium and Interserve (in a consortium with Monaspire), are through to the final round of bidding for the Driver & Vehicle Licensing Agency’s (DVLA) property outsourcing.
Amey has been dropped from the shortlist. The chosen partner will refurbish the DVLA’s 500,000 sq ft (46,450 sq m) Swansea HQ and undertake several sale and leasebacks in the area.
The refurbishment and management of the wider UK – including Northern Ireland – estate may also be included.
