Siemens Digital Industries Software will move into workspace at the Brooklands office development in Cambridge.
The scheme, which spans across 67,000 sq ft, is being developed and operated by Wrenbridge and M&G Real Estate.
The building is currently under construction with completion scheduled for 2024.
Siemens will occupy 40% of the scheme, taking 27,631 sq ft of workspace across two floors on a 10-year lease.
