Sigma Capital has poached Rob Sumner, Savills’ development director, for the role of residential investment director.
Sumner has been a director in Savills’ Manchester development team for more than 10 years. His role included buying and selling residential assets as well as overseeing the forward-funding of large build-to-rent projects.
At Sigma, Sumner will be responsible for all residential investment decisions made by the residential and urban regeneration group. He will start his new position this month.
