Silkscreen printer finds picture-perfect home with LondonMetric

A silkscreen printer whose client list includes the pop star Boy George, Google and the Tate has taken new warehouse space from LondonMetric Property in north London.

Make-Ready Fine Art Printing is expanding from its Camden base and has taken a nine-year lease at the 24,000 sq ft Sabre House at 1 Shaftesbury Road, N18.

The building includes 18,250 sq ft of warehouse space and 5,200 sq ft of offices.

Belcor advised Make-Ready Fine Art Printing. The agency’s Joe Meisel said the property would now give the company room for further expansion.
