Simon Hope steps down from Savills exec board

Savills executive director Simon Hope has left the firm’s nine-strong group executive board after 13 years as a member.

Hope, who is responsible for the firm’s global capital markets team, will continue his role as chairman of global capital advisory at Savills. He has sat on the group board since 2008.

He joined the agent in 1986 and was promoted to director in 1995. In 1999, he was appointed to Savills plc’s board as head of investments.
