Simons Estates and Gulliver Development have submitted a detailed planning application for a18,288 sq m (60,000 sq ft) office building in the centre of Nottingham.
The joint venture wants to build the scheme on its Island Business District development in the city centre. The offices have an end investment value of £11m.
Baring Houston & Saunders, Oliver Liggins and Innes England are the letting agents.
Elsewhere, Simons Estates has let 1,394 sq m (15,000sq ft) of space to TK Maxx at St Marks Retail Park, Lincoln.
The 22,296 sq m retail (240,000 sq ft) scheme, which is funded by BZW, is now 95% let.
TK Maxx is paying rent of £155,000pa and will open its store in late October. Sport Soccer has just opened an 743 sq m (8,000sq ft) shop paying rent of £92,500pa.
