Lateral Property Group has forward sold a 15,000 sq ft M&S Simply Food in Reading, Berkshire, for £9.2m – a 4.3% yield.
The development, due for completion in the autumn, has been bought by ABF Pension Scheme. M&S has agreed a 20-year lease on the property. Fawcett Mead acted for Lateral; Clay Street advised ABF.
