Palace Capital has appointed Matthew Simpson as chief financial officer.
Simpson became finance director designate in August after previous CFO Stephen Silvester stepped down from the board.
The London-listed investor, which specialises in office and industrial outside of London, became a REIT in 2019.
Chief executive Neil Sinclair said: “Matthew’s appointment recognises the significant contribution he has made to the business over the past five years and we are very pleased to have him join the Palace Capital board at an important juncture in the company’s growth.”
