Singapore property company and bookseller MPH said yesterday that it had sold its UK subsidiary, Combe Grove Manor Hotel & Country Club, for £4.3m in cash.
MPH did not name the buyer of Combe Grove, which owns and operates a hotel and country club in Bath.
