Sirius adds €50m to bonds raise

German business parks investor Sirius has issued a further €50m in corporate bonds, bringing the total raised this week to €400m (£342m).

Sirius has consolidated the bonds in a single series with a 1.25% coupon due in 2026.

The boost follows its debut earlier this week.

Sirius will use part of the proceeds to refinance existing secured debt facilities, with the remainder deployed towards its pipeline of potential acquisitions and general corporate purposes.

The bonds are governed by German law and will be listed on the Euro MTF Market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
