The London Borough of Camden has put a 0.6-acre site in Jamestown Road, NW1, up for sale, seeking offers over £11m.
The site currently comprises offices with a net internal area of 14,878 sq ft, including 2,701 sq ft of portacabins, 50 underground car parking spaces and open storage to the rear. The buildings are now vacant, having previously been occupied by the council and serving as a street sweepers’ depot.
Lambert Smith Hampton has been appointed to market the site, which has redevelopment options including resi, workspace, retail and leisure, educational, hotel, life sciences, medical, live-work, PRS and last-mile logistics, subject to planning.
The site also benefits from its location in the Knowledge Quarter innovation district centred at King’s Cross, which is now the UK’s largest district for the life sciences sector.
