The Gibraltar Limited Partnership, owned jointly by the Hercules Unit Trist and the Crown Estate, has announced six new lettings at Gallagher Retail Park in Cheltenham, which takes occupancy at the site to 99%.
HomeSense has taken a 15-year lease on 17,500 sq ft of retail space and Oak Furniture Land is taking an 18,000 sq ft store on a 10-year lease.
In addition, three food and beverage outlets have signed: Costa has taken 1,600 sq ft on a 10-year lease, Greggs has taken 1,250 sq ft on a five-year lease, and Subway has let 1,200 sq ft on a 15-year lease.
Arcadia will also open a 25,000 sq ft Outfit store on a 10-year lease, which will include the Topshop, Topman, Dorothy Perkins, Burton, Miss Selfridge, Oasis and Warehouse brands.
The Hercules Unit Trust is a £1.5bn shopping centre fund which is 50% owned by British Land.
Gallagher Retail Park is currently undergoing a £2.5m upgrade which involves the refurbishment of terraces and reconfiguration of car parks.
