Skandia Life has requested the compulsory redemption of the remaining shares in Diligentia following its successful bid for the company.
As of 14 June, Skandia Life held 97.8% of the shares and voting rights. Its has also applied to delist Diligentia from the OM Stockholm Exchange.
The current board of directors of Diligentia was dismissed to be replaced by Ulf Spång, chief financial officer of Skandia Life; Magnus Ohlsson, president of Skandia Life and Håkan Lennersand, head of real estate at Skandia Life.
Ulf Spång has also been elected chairman of Diligentia and Håkan Lennersand has been appointed chairman.
