Swedish property company Skanska has sold the Atrium 1 office building in Warsaw to the German open-ended property fund Deka-Immobilien Global for €94m.
The transaction will be recorded in the fourth quarter and the transfer of the property is scheduled for the second quarter of 2014.
The 18,000 m2 building, in the centre of Warsaw, is scheduled to complete at the beginning of next year. It is 75% leased; Bank Zachodni WBK of the Santander Group is the anchor tenant.
Atrium 1 is the most sustainable office building in Poland and has been LEED pre-certified at the highest level, Platinum.
